If you book a call or appointment through Calendly, Calendly collects the scheduling information you provide (such as name, email, and selected time) directly, subject to Calendly's own Privacy Policy. We do not collect payment information through Calendly — it is used solely to schedule phone consultations with our team.

Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications necessary to service an active inquiry or transaction with us.

Hesel Media — Our contracted marketing and lead-generation partner, which assists us with SEO, PPC, and Meta advertising. Leads generated for American Home Savers Of VA remain our property. Hesel Media is authorized to contact these leads by phone, text, or email solely on our behalf and solely for the purpose of helping convert them into our customers — not for Hesel Media's own independent marketing purposes.
Calendly — To facilitate appointment scheduling.
Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — To analyze Site traffic and measure advertising performance, subject to each company's own privacy practices.
Service providers generally — Vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, IT support), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety purposes — Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Framer Analytics) to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and gather usage and advertising data.
